But with all the great recipes to choose from, one restaurant truly stands out as offering the year’s Most Creative Menu by far – and that’s one of Galveston’s faves, BLVD. Seafood.
BLVD.’s $15 Restaurant Week lunch menu is swoon worthy! Starters include choice of Shrimp, Crab & Andouille Sausage Gumbo, a Creamy Seafood Chowder, or a Strawberry & Spiced Pecan Salad with fig sugarcane vinaigrette. But then things get crazy! For your entree, you have a choice of 2 Sliders or 2 Tacos – easy enough, right? But THEN you have to decide from either seven delectable slider options, or five taco options. Slider choices range from Backyard BBQ, to Mambo Italiano, to Caribbean Black Bean, to Crabby Crab Cake, to Peanut Butter Jalapeno. And tacos? But save room, cause – promise! – you’ll wanna return for the $25 dinner! You’ll begin your evening with choice of Smoked Salmon Crostini or their Signature Baked Gulf Oysters (incredible!). Follow this with entrees ranging from Blackened Redfish, to their famous Shrimp & Grits with andouille sausage & asparagus, to the delicious Fried or Grilled, 3-Pepper Chicken with garlic mashed potatoes, roasted corn, & poblano cream sauce. Complete your meal with Momma’s Bread Pudding, enrobed with chantilly cream and pecans.

BLVD. is located at 28th & Seawall Boulevard, and is open Sunday thru Thursday 11am – 9pm, and weekends 11am – 10pm.

The eighth annual Galveston.com & Company Galveston Restaurant Week – Saturday, January 26th thru February 10th, 2019 – brings Galveston Island’s vibrant food scene to life for two full weeks of delicious dining. The event is presented by WAITR. Delivery or carryout, Waitr allows you to eat however and whenever you please.
Participating in Galveston Restaurant Week is easy! No tickets or passes are required! Food lovers may simply dine out at as many participating restaurants as they like during Galveston Restaurant Week. Two and/or 3-course dinners will be priced between $20-$35; and 2-course lunches, breakfasts, & brunches will cost between $10-$20.
Reservations are strongly recommended to make sure you’re able to sample your favorite flavors, and a number of participating restaurants offer reservations via OpenTable.
